What’s going on. Water damage Denver friends, it is a brisk, foggy, slightly snowy morning here in the my eyes city would expect that the water damage Denver requests will be hot and heavy today. Um, kind of another one of those weekends where an individual could be having kind of spring vibes, some a couple of days with some sun, some pretty mild temperatures, but Nope, little front came in last night and March 2nd is not springtime yet.

Okay.

But March 2nd is apparently I’m Corona Beiber’s season and that is what this water damage Denver podcast of gold is going to spend a little bit of time on this morning is the propensity [inaudible] for people to

[inaudible]

get a little out of control when it comes to potential threat or harm. I was never a boy scout, never a Cub scout,

okay.

But I do understand and believe in the motto of always be prepared. That’s good. Good words to live by. Very valuable,

okay.

But I think that, uh, if we’re going to live by those words, we also need to add in some sort of an addendum. Perhaps always be informed. Always be rational, always be

[inaudible]

realistic. And I think probably it’s going on decades now where it’s a trend and a money maker to exploit just about any and every potential threat or harm to people as possible. Makes money.

Yeah.

It drives ratings in the media. It heightens exposure.

Yeah.

Now I’m not a conspiracy theorist. I’m not a tinfoil hat person and I’m not a anti everything establishment type person, but I can sit back and watch the supposed epidemics, pandemics over the last literally decades and see the outrage and the hype

[inaudible]

the overreaction of people. Um, you know, for some reason, and it’s gotta be emotional to the public. The folks on the inside, it’s probably a lot more strategic, but at any case it is been what it has been and probably the most pronounced and prolific event. Maybe, maybe not, but Y two K because you had literally years building up to this event where they were going to be three zeros on the calendar for all electronics, for all systems, for all databases. Everything was just going to blow up and cause mass hysteria. It’s going to cause everything to shut down. And this is going back now, obviously 20 years plus. But I remember, um, individuals probably three or four years before year 2000. Um, it was coming. So 96, 97 buying property out in the middle of nowhere, buying trailers to put on the property, buying multiple 60 gallon drums of rice, water, everything to be prepared for when um, you know, the whole world went downhill and it was going to be every man, woman and child for themselves to survive.

Water Damage Denver | Getting Over The Pandemic?

well that uh, didn’t go as planned and

[inaudible]

I don’t know what happened to these folks with their preparedness afterwards, but

[inaudible]

right now we’re facing um, a situation related to the Corona virus and we are facing the same sort of, maybe not quite on that level, but the same sort of

nervousness, anxiousness to where the supermarket shelves are clear of nonperishable stuff. Rice, beans, toilet paper is a hot commodity right now. Waters bottled waters. Um, because there has been these reports that literally the same thing is very possible. Things are going to shut down, stock market is going to crash. Um, I’ll, you know, I’ll hell’s gonna break loose and again, it will be every man, woman and child for themselves. However, now, um, you know, if you’re into any sort of thing as far as government control, the suggestion has been that there will be teams of government officials going around mandating vaccinations for what they see fit to protect humankind from this new virus, which doesn’t even make sense cause viruses virus. You know what? Viruses don’t really developing antibodies against that in a vaccine form, but he’ll mind who do I know

[inaudible]

these scare tactics, these overreactions by people whether they’re sincere or not.

Mmm.

Really mess with people’s emotions. Really, really mess with people’s day to day living and quality of life to be quite honest with you. And we find that same thing in the water damage Denver industry.

Mmm.

The tactics that some restoration companies use to make a profit, to get a job, to appeal to the emotion of their customer, to make a dollar. I have literally been in jobs or been walking jobs

was that, um,

you know, I, I, I think these clients were getting ready to literally tear their house down to the studs, understanding that what they had was a situation of black bold, far beyond the typical water damage Denver situation, that they were endangering the lives of themselves and their family and anyone who entered their home because company X had come in and made them aware of the devastating circumstances that they were living in. And people, this couldn’t have been further from the truth. So, um, was there something to look out, was there something that they needed to be mindful of perhaps for them to hire a water damage timber company to come in and help out with? Yeah. Yeah, there was, but no way to the extent that their prior experience company experienced so to speak, company would have had them to believe

[inaudible].

So when we approach any sort of job, and you know what, sometimes we walk into a water damage Denver job than it is pretty serious. It is pretty important that, um, they take it very, very cautiously as far as continuing to live or work in that space. But I just despise the scare tactic thing. I despise it. I despise it. I despise it. Probably 98% of the time, appropriate actions can be done in moderation, thoughtful, and everything’s going to be just fine. The other 2%, yeah, it’s probably, it is scary and it is warranted to let people know the seriousness and the absolutely black and white. There is no way you should step back and foot into this place until it’s taken care of

type thing.

But people have to live and they have to continue to do,

um, what,

what they’re used to. If it’s safe and an overwhelming majority of the time that is possible with some reasonable measures being put into place. So you will not get the Corona virus scare tactic from us ever. You will in the industry in general. So be prepared for that and be cautious of that. Please reach out to a reputable water damage Denver company to shoot you straight, to give you reasonable answers and step-by-step ideas of how we will fix your water damage Denver situation for you as opposed to you need to move out for six months while we run up a six figure bill for you and your insurance company. Um, because we say so anyway. Enjoy your day wherever you are at. Hopefully it’s a touch warmer then what we are dealing with this morning, but it’s all good. We will survive and you will too. But until we meet down the road, you stay safe.
